My 1040 is not computing the SALT deduction in addition to the property taxes paid. They have not reached $10K yet. How do you trigger this?

I have entered the Property taxes paid on their primary residence ($4945) and the Sales tax portion should be calculating as well, but it is not.

Is there a box to check for deducting income tax instead of sales tax?  Did it get checked by mistake?
