my client has attempted signing his returns and it keeps failing authentication. how else Can I get him to sign because now I get this message 

KBA failed more than permissible limit

Client has reached maximum allowed attempts mandated by IRS. Please try an alternate way to collect signature.

Used my DocuSign Account and attached as PDF to e filed return. Solved
