Have an ITIN client.
When I enter the ITIN # into the SS field. It prompts me as an error " invalid"
Can someone please guide me on how to fix this error? Where so I put the ITIN#?
Hi @financialI, the ITIN is entered in the SSN field, however it must be within the valid range. If you look at the diagnostic it will tell you the range that a valid ITIN should be within per the Social Security Administration. If you still have issues, please contact Proconnect Support.
