My client has $17,478 in itemized deduction but Proconnect still chooses standard deduction. I even forced to use itemized on "les common scenarios" tab but it still shows standard deduction. How can I fix this?

Check that you didn't opt for above-the-line deduction for charitable contributions. That will force PTO to use standard deduction.
