I was using proconnect, stopped to take a 15 minute phone call, was knocked out and can't get back in! What is going on?

We are down as well......I wish communication was better with the status of these sorts of problems.
I am down to... just keeps circling me in and pops me out...
When I went to login this morning it asked me for my information like it was my first time using it and none of my returns were there so I am really hoping it's just an outage.

It would be nice to have some communication from Intuit Proconnect support - do you have any idea when we will be back up???????
I just spoke with support, they are aware of the issue, and are working to bring the system back ASAP.

Hard time logging in and can't even select a client! Not saving info. thought it was my browser?
