Is anyone else unable to add items to the client checklist using Request Templates? I am only able to add one request at a time from the checklist screen. There used to be an option next to Add Request to add using a request template. If I select Add request a dialog box comes up where it looks like you should have the option to add request templates, but the drop-down bar is disabled.

I have the very same issue. It started about 2 days ago and Support has been unable to provide a solution.
