I change it to what i want it to and it doesn't save my changes, it goes back to "My Company".

You need to contact support. Your license is in the firm name and they need to change it. Your EFIN is in your firm name and you may need to contact them.
Look above where you are doing the entry:
Firm Information
Firm information will be displayed on filing documents. Your firm information will reflect the IRS registered firm information verified with your EFIN.
