Have you already fixed the rejected FBAR and completed the e-filing? If so and the other returns are still greyed out, do an online chat with Intuit to have them look at it.
I had this same issue. Seems to be remedied by Unlocking the returns (from the Filing screen) and then selecting just the spouse's 114 for filing. (I'll update this if anything gets rejected.)
