The software-generated instructions for the Kentucky individual return say that the taxpayer must sign a 8879-K ... the state's version of the e-file authorization. However, that form does not get included in the PDF.
This is what I see when I go looking. I am guessing that filing at the same time as IRS, the signature is not needed. Go to Check Return > Forms and see what you can find.
Here's what I'm seeing with a Kentucky return ... references to an 8879-K but no form is printing.
