Proconnect has now emailed and called saying the returns reviewed on screen and printed were not what was actually transmitted to the state of GA. How are we supposed to file amended returns to correct Proconnect's error if we don't even know what was filed???? To file an amended return you have to know original numbers.

That was not what I was told when Proconnect called to let me know they transmitted my returns incorrectly.
I am just another user and found that post. Feel free to believe your ears and what you were told when they called.
Maybe @IntuitBettyJo could get some company feedback.
Thank you for the information. I have just gone back through my client returns filed during that period. Only 2 are affected thankfully.
