Why it says "E-SIGNATURE STATUS"" not started" but i have a confirmation letter stating "accepted".

I got return signed by client on hard copy

Does it mean all ok or not? Thanks

The “E-Signature Status — Not Started” only refers to the electronic signature process inside the software. Since you already have a signed hard copy and an IRS/state “Accepted” confirmation, the return is filed successfully. Nothing else is required unless your state specifically mandates e-signature. At [Content Removed] we simply retain the signed hard copy with the acceptance notice for records, and that’s treated as complete.
