Client with CA SMLLC filed her 2021 tax return without including the 568. When I amend, do I efile the 568 separately? It seems like I would.

The Form 568 is a stand-alone form; just file it (and get the $ 800 paid ASAP if it hasn't been, plus the $ 800 for this year that is already late...).

The F 540 doesn't need to be amended.

And, in Lacerte, you can file a SMLLC F 568 from the individual module.  I don't speak PTO tho....
