I already have chrome on my computer it says all updates are current but the is giving me error

Having the same problem, cannot open 2019 ProSeries. Getting message to update browser.
Updated Chrome, Updated Microsoft Edge, downloaded and installed latest version of Mozilla FireFox. Restarted computer. Still getting message and cannot open 2019 ProSeries.
Next idea?
