Okay. I got out my Quija Board and I am going to take a guess that you want that amount to be a big fat ZERO.
A weird feature of ProConnect (and Lacerte) is that entering a zero (0) is just like entering a nothing. If you really, truly want a zero you need to enter a negative one (-1) which will then be recorded as a zero (0).
You would therefore enter the amount in the override box (noted by a [O]) as a -1. You likely also need to put in the next column to override the state amount.
