Hi there, I'm a user underneath our firm's organization. I'm not an administrator. I need the ability to set up new users in ITO Proconnect, but when I try to set up a new client, I get an error window saying that I need to contact my administrator.
I've asked my administrator, but they can't find the admin settings to change this to let me create a user. Does anyone know of any instructions I can forward to my admin so I can walk them through allowing me to set up new clients?
