Why does 2024 form 4797 part 3 line 19(a) have a description of the building as EDPA building? Can this be changed to just building without EDPA or any other name? How to tell PTO to remove EDPA at 2024 form 4797 part 3 line 19(a)? Thank you for your help.

EDPA = Entire Disposition Passive Activity

It is probably supposed to be there.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
