I'm new to ProConnect. I downloaded and installed the Data Conversion Tool as instructed. When I launch it the tool says "Browser not supported" and then tells me to download one of the following browsers, but doesn't list anything.
I looked at recommended browsers for ProConnect, installed Chrome since that was recommended, and set Chrome as my default browser. I logged in and downloaded the tool and installed it again.
I found another page that suggested changing my Windows security setting to enable active scripting and to make *.intuit.com trusted web sites, so I've done both of those things.
I also made sure that my Windows version was listed as being supported by ProConnect and it is (I'm running Windows 10). I've checked for and installed all updates available.
I still get the same error when I launch the Data Conversion Tool.
Any suggestions?
