Does anyone else find it difficult to drag and drop questions or document requests in the Client Questionnaire and Document List settings, in Organizer Templates, in order to sort them into the order you want?
Sometimes my move sticks, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it just swaps with another item where I don't want it to. The mechanism is just clunky and I was having a hard time setting up my questionnaire, in particular.
I ran into the same problem today trying to add questions and sort them. I had to refresh the screen to reset. Sometimes it keeps what I changed and sometimes it doesn't. Seems to be a glitch in the software?
