OK form 564

Why does my Oklahoma return keep getting rejected for not having the 564 aviation credit attached as a PDF even though I have it attached and marked to send with OK return and link to the proper form.

Are you stressed?  It can sense fear and stress.  So I've had similar issues with OK's returns, Intuit says is OTC and OTC says its Intuit.  I've threatened to put them all in a locked room until they can come out in agreement.  In their defense, I have seen the actual print out of what OTC is receiving and in one particular issue, they weren't receiving it.  So who knows.  What I have done is attached it a second time and see if that works.  If they still reject it, you need to get with Tech support because there is a definite disconnect between the two and since its originating from Intuit I believe it's on them to fix it.  I had a 511-EIC that "wouldn't attach", and the tech was finally able to get it to attach on her end.
