NY Form IT-203 NY Nonres Line 7 Capital Gain

The fed amount on line 7 is correct and the state amount is vastly out of balance. The fed amount is "1" the state amount should be "0.7". Instead the state amount is "2.05". I believe there is a calculation error. Where is the override for this calculation.

Check your coding for STATE and SOURCE (blank, N, or S).  More often than not, it's the incorrect coding that causes issues like this.
