Hello Intuit Accountant Community,
I am seeking advice on an issue I’m facing with ProConnect Tax Online. I am attempting to e-file a superseded return for the 2023 tax year, but I keep encountering the following error message: “E-file Transmission Failure - A return with the same SSN or EIN has previously been submitted.”
Despite following the recommended steps provided in the online resources, the problem remains unresolved. Has anyone else experienced this for the 2023 tax year? Are there specific steps to supersede a 2023 return that differ from previous years, or might there be a system issue at play here?
I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions from the community.
