My client has foreign bank account balance less than $10,000. Where do I input to answer "NO" to question 7a (Not required to file FinCEN 114)?

Did you check the box for Interest in or authority over foreign account? GOOD

Did you put in a country? BAD (remove the country. you only enter that when you meet the parenthetical statement
