My 1040 Ext rejected, I want to refile. I can not correct the SSN in proconnect it is greyed out. How do I fix?

Hi there,

You'll need to make a copy of the return in order to correct the SSN. You can then e-file the extension from the copy, and request a refund for the charge on a duplicate return.
