I have a relatively small tax practice but I decided to use e-signature this year to simplify the process of collecting authorizations to e-file Federal and State returns.
I have had several clients tell me that they are not receiving the e-signature request. I validate the email address and if correct I resend. I asked my clients to check their spam mail and they are just not receiving the signature request. How do a problem solve this issues. I know I am using the correct email address as that is how I share the tax return with them in the Intuit Link feature.
Can someone give me direction on how to remedy this situation?
