is anyone having troubles of purchasing a new locator on the website? I tried yesterday and today still failed! I am located overseas but I couldn't locate an email support. Would anyone of you know any email I can contact for help? Thanks!

You purchase through the PURCHASE near the bottom of the left column of the main screen for the software. Here are two views that show it.
