When you make an entry in the State & Local Modifications Screen for the First-time homebuyer savings account contributions, it's going to the additions column on Sch 1, line 19 instead of the subtractions column. The data entry field doesn't allow you to enter a negative number, however, if you call into support, they have a back-door work around so it can be entered as a negative number and then it does carry to the subtractions column. Hopefully this will be fixed at some point.
