I sent an Intuit Link request to my client. They signed the engagement letter. While I was working in QBO, there were duplicate customer names for the client so I merged them. I think this affected the Intuit Link side. When I click 'view request', nothing shows up. Does anyone know why?
I ended up creating another request to resend to the client. So now I have two requests in my Intuit Link - one with 'in progress' status and the other 'invited'. Should I just delete the previous request?
This is my first time working in Intuit Link so I appreciate the responses!

All of my client's say "no requests found," and I was on the support line last night for 1:47min, wih no success. Did you get help? Any suggestions? Thanks.
