I logged into ProConnect today and half my team is missing from the user list. I cannot see any inactive accounts. The whole list of inactive users is missing from the page. The team members who are missing from the user page say they are getting an error message when logging in indicating that their accounts are inactive. Is anyone else experiencing this today? Is there a hack to show the inactive user list?
There are a lot of people experiencing this and of course there is nobody at Intuit support right now. So who knows how long until the issue is fixed.
Yes, my firm is experiencing this same issue. I have scheduled clients and having to reschedule due to not being able to speak to a support team.

Nobody is working support today. I tried calling and chatting.
I called customer service and no one was working today.
Resolved for my firm.
