I need help with TN 1120S and 1040

I have a client located in TN needing his 1120S and 1040 prepared. I need help from a seasoned tax prep professional to review these returns and make sure I am doing things correctly. I have done a few tax returns with ProConnect, but still have a lot to learn.

I realize that those of you who are most seasoned are already swamped and may not have time to help, but if one of you did happen to have some extra time today or tomorrow, I would be most grateful. And I would, of course, pay you your hourly rate + 50% or whatever we can work out that is reasonable.

For this particular return, I have hired an offshore tax prep firm to prepare the return and they have entered the income statement and balance sheet info and have prepared the return to a point where it needs to be reviewed.

Being on ProConnect is required. Having experience with TN state returns is preferred but not required.

I'll be working this weekend and if someone can break free to earn some side $$, reply here or via PM.

To the admins, if this type of message is not allowed, feel free to remove.

You should not post your phone number on this site.

Tennessee has no tax for 1040. They used to have a hall tax and that went away https://www.tn.gov/revenue/taxes/hall-income-tax.html#:~:text=It%20was%20enacted%20in%201929,1%2C%20....

Use US as the resident state on the 1040

I believe the TN form for the 1120S is the FAE 170 and you should be able to read through the instructions https://www.tn.gov/content/dam/tn/revenue/documents/forms/fae/fae170instructions0819.pdf
