I have sent my updated Application Summary Three Times to update the address on my EFIN

I have emailed my Application Summary that was updated by IRS and even spoke with IRS Representative Mr. Brown who said Intuit just needs to update its software.  I believe I will use the 71799 EFIN then instead of the previous EFIN from Hawaii even though I work for the people of Hawaii?
