Check your Firm Information and make sure you have a green Verified badge for EFIN Verification.
If your EFIN had already been verified previously and there has been no changes to your firm, you shouldn't have to be verified again.
In case it's not verified for whatever reason, I'd just get it done again. So long as you upload the necessary EFIN doc with the same information you entered for your firm under EFIN Verification (which is separate from your Firm Information), Intuit would normally get it approved within hours.
Even if you think it's a mistake, I wouldn't waste my time explaining that to Support, hoping they'll restore your verification. It'll be so much faster to get your EFIN verified again.
You'll have to be really, really, really, really, really, really, really lucky to find a helpful, sympathetic, and knowledgeable agent and it is likely beyond their power to change the verification status because of potential compliance implications. Even if someone can, it will likely require escalation and an investigation. All of these will take time and create more stress.
