Unless the return has capital gains or foreign earned income exclusion, taxes would be determined using tax tables or tax rate schedules and, in such cases, computation of the tax would not be shown. You should be able to verify the tax shown by running your own calculation.

Ive always wished that Intuit had a tax computation worksheet that I could show clients that
$X was taxed at X%
$XX was taxed at XX%
so they could better understand the tax brackets and how they work....
