client information was entered into 2019 proseries data and was not saved

This is a public message board, please remove your clients names and keep everything anonymous.

Add some more details to your post....you want to restore a 2019 client file...where did it go?  Was it there then disappeared?

Polly... P L E A S E delete your clients name from your post.  There's a button in the upper right to click, then edit.

THIS is a public forum, not Intuit support.  And if YOU didn't save the file, no one did it for you.  It's gone.

@pollyqueen1943 Please act on Anna's advice.  It's not fair to your clients to have their names posted to a public forum and this may have repercussions to you as a tax professional as well.

I just put some white out on my computer screen so nobody can see Charles and Lynda's names.  Hopefully that keeps everybody else in the world from see their names too. 🤔
