How do I get the Form 2210 to be figured out by the IRS that still lets me e-file the return?

If I utilize the force option then i get a notification that the return can't be e-filed.

Are you saying you want the IRS to figure the penalty? I've always thought that Force is used when you, the preparer, want the 2210 to calculate.  Not submitting a 2210 will alert the IRS and they will figure the penalty. Please get a 2nd opinion.

From the Form 2210 options drop down select 2=Suppress instead of 3=Force
