My client is domiciled in FL(shown on his W-2), but he lives in CA. Do I use 540NR and adjust his CA taxable income to 0? Thank you!

Review https://www.ftb.ca.gov/forms/2020/2020-1032-publication.pdf to confirm the pay in question is non taxable.
