Form 4868 for an 1040NR

All these years I efile the forms 4868 for my foreigns taxpayers before June 15, but this year Proconnect dont let me, they show me 

"E-file Transmission Failure
You are past the deadline for new filings.
If you need help resolving, please contact customer support.
Problem occurred transmitting efile data"

I call the proconnect support and they tell me that the form 4868 need to be efile before april 15

but like I said last year I submitted the extension on June 12th and the systems let me and the IRS accept my extension

Someone can help me with this

Are you sure you shouldn't be e-filing a Form 2350?

Extension for Taxpayers Abroad (2350), yes Im sure that need to be a 4868 becase there is an Foreign person, has ITIN, and dont receive any W2 or something like that

Is there a box to check that taxpayer is outside the US?

Yes the 9 line box in the form 2848 is Checked
