Form 1040-SR deceased taxpayer address

I am preparing a final 1040 for a deceased taxpayer.  One of the diagnostics was to enter the 'personal representative' name, address and ssn which I did.  Now the address of the taxpayer on the 1040-SR has the taxpayer name, then in the first address line it is including the personal rep name and address.

If I remove the date of death, the address reverts to the taxpayer address.  Is commingling the personal rep name and address required to file the return?  It makes sense the IRS would need to communicate with the personal rep at their address and this is how it could be accomplished.  I tried to find a support reference, but not having any luck.

Also, will this cause an e-file error?

Thank you for your help!

So I found a source.  In IRS Pub 559, there is a statement on Page 4 to include the Personal Representative's name an address on the address line.

Have a great day!
