Extension e-filed on time and accepted, but extension related diagnostic error upon final e-file of return... why?

How do I file... how can there be an extension issue after acceptance of extension request?

Uncheck extension fields, or ignore the diagnostic. It doesn't know if you're trying to extend now, so warns you just in case.
