Just found out today that if my client does not sign the engagment letter electronically, I cannot add comments into intuit portal for their documents! Why?
My client is older, just lost her husband and is not computer savvy. She signed the engagement letter manually and sent that along with her other info. I imported the documents for her but I have no way to show that the engagenment letter was received. Because of this program constraint, I cannot add any much needed comments in with her documents in the portal.
CAN WE PLEASE HAVE A BUTTON THAT SAYS ENGAGEMENT LETTER SIGNED, if it was signed manually.
