I am not sure how to elect out of filing form 1116 when the client meets the criteria. Under $300 of tax, passive income, etc
Edit: Its under Foreign Tax Credit -> General Information and Elections "Elect not to file Form 1116: 1=do not print election statement, 2=print election statement"
