Creating a tax return from clients QBO

I am trying to create a tax return in ProConnect from my clients QBO account. Every time I follow the steps to create the return it sends me to a NEW Proconnect account not my existing account

You do it from your accountant portal, or from the accountant tools:

I did do it from the accountant portal in the clients QBO account. But then it said welcome to Proconnect and I entered my information and then it made a whole new Proconnect account instead of bringing me to my existing Proconnect account.

In their QBO, there is accountant Tools. Otherwise, you log into the QBOA portal, where you see the list of your clients and you do it from there, so you're already linked and logged in.

If that isn't working for you, you might have a cache or cookie problem for that browser.

So I have cleared the browser history and restarted the pc. I have gone into their books and went to the accountant tools and connected to Proconnect through there and it takes me to a new proconnect account with my company name but no other clients are listed. If I go into my proconnect that has all my clients in it this company is not listed as a client. I am really confused and am not sure how to fix this problem.

I really appreciate you taking your time on Sunday to help me.

You likely should call Intuit for help, then. They can check the backend to see why it isn't linking to your existing account. At one time I has 3 Intuit accounts and that made things confusing.
