Creating a copy of a Return

Hi, in the past, creating a copy of a Return (locator) would not use up a credit. Is this the same for 2019, or has this changed? Thank you!

This has not changed.  In any case, if credit is to be deducted from your account, you'd be asked to confirm before that deduction will take place.
