What error message?
If it's buttons, refresh, etc. not working properly, here's what you should do:
1. Delete browser cache, cookies, and history; and
2. Restart PC.
If ProConnect Tax still doesn't function properly, try another browser (but make sure you also clear the cache, cookies, and history) and/or PC.
99% of the time, these steps will take care of the problem.
If it's some kind of diagnostic message you're getting, please come back with more info and spell out what the message says verbatim.
