Look at the client letter, it likely has a paragraph with a phone number. If not, I would have the client call 609-292-6400 to change the account.
Thanks for the suggestion. I did some more research and found an easy solution for the client. NJ Permits users to log onto their scheduled estimates and though they couldn't change the account number they could cancel the existing scheduled payments and create a new schedule. It took about 5 minutes once I found the correct area of the website.
