Trying to file with multiple Canadian form "NR4" for non-resident pension income. Entered amounts under 1099-R inputs but cannot clear critical diagnostics for MA e-filing. Issue seems to be related to tax ID and address, but information is entered under "Foreign Employer Pension" which I would expect to clear the need for this other information.
