California FTB requires a copy of the Federal Return be attached when paper filed. How do I get the software to print a federal copy with the "Do Not Process" Header?

Does it really need that header? Can you print one without it?

PTO will attach a copy of the required return(s) unless you receive a CD.  In the case of CA, there's no diagnostic for attaching a Fed return.
