If taxpayer sold a rental ( 27.5 sl ), with land ( 0 ) and improvements (5 ddb,) can this be inputted as a bulk sale or should it be inputted separately?
Sounds like reporting at least 3 separate items - Building - Land - At least one DDB "Improvements"
Thanks. With 3 separate dispositions, am I correct that the building, at 27.5 sl would have zero recapture, while the improvements at ddb would have recapture
