Bug: 1041 amount of tax overpaid credited to next year (line 30)

It looks like entering an amount of the overpayment to be applied to next year in the 'next year estimates' screen has no effect on the actual form 1041 line 30 and no amount shows on the form.

You need to force estimates to compute.

Based on the numbers you showed, no 2024 estimates are required.

The more I know, the more I don't know.

I don't see that option in the screen estimates or 'next year' estimates.  All you can do from the drop-down in the 'next year' tab is to decide how to spread the overpayment amount through the quarters. what screen are you referring too? thanks.

I don't know since I don't use ProConnect.

How about overriding the Estimate Threshold to $10?

The more I know, the more I don't know.
