Dual Status Return:
US citizen taxpayer expatriated on November 15, 2022 and had been filing f2555 under bona fide residence test for previous years. Can TP apply bona fide resident test for the attachment f1040 for the period of January 1, 2022 to November 15, 2022? Or TP should apply physical presence test?
