Ignore it...it's informational, shouldn't prevent e-filing

It is red diagnostics. I cannot ignore. If I try to ignore it won’t let me to E file the return. My client name is Nona and I don’t know why it is not accepting her name. What can I do?

Use the first letter of the first name. For example, if the client's first name is Alexander, just put A.

Unless it's a fatal diagnostic, you should be able to ignore, or disable for e-filing.
